Wallet Transparency

Wallet list will be available to members at any time, detailing each wallet address and what fund they are associated with. There will be a quarterly meeting (quarterly business review) where all finances will be covered in detail (along with updates on dev and any other business). Wallet transaction reports will be generated each month and made available for member review.
