The Defi Trading Club will operate under Defi Trading Club DAO, LLC, registered in Wyoming. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is an organization in which decisions for the organization are made by members, algorithms and/or smart contracts. Rules are created during the initial launch of the DAO, where stakeholders invest funds in the DAO in exchange for control of the DAO and a share of the DAO’s profits (this is the private and presale). To further shield members, contributors and creators from any liability we have registered the DAO as a Limited Liability Company in the state of Wyoming. With the exception of the Defi Trading Club President and registered agent, all members will have the right to remain anonymous and interact with the club strictly through the use of smart contracts.
