Project Scope

We are a utility token that takes pools of crowdsourced funds and invests them based on member votes. The community determines the target investments of each pool (example: presales) and the trading strategy used on each pool (example: RIPFT). This allows holders to get into a large volume of investments without having to execute the trades, track the projects or worry about selling at the right moment - the community shares the risks and rewards. Using the concept of “money in motion” we expect all funds in the pools to be deployed, sometimes several times a month. There are several key differences in this investment model over competitors “passive” income generators. Once you hold the token there is no need to contribute any additional funds, ever. There are no gimmicks, no tiers, no fees, no hidden costs, secret expenses or shadow investors that need to be compensated. The seed money in the pools (from the presale) is the compounding force, not your profits, so you don’t need to leave your share in the system in order to see growth. Quite the opposite, your share of the investment returns will be sent directly to your wallet each month forcing you to “take profits”. The pools will each hold $75,000, at the end of each month the balances over 75k will be automatically distributed per the distribution chart. The first pool (Pool A) will be funded by the pre/private sale. It is a tribute to the Vetter Ecosystem where most of us met and many of us are active scouts, vetters and community members. The Pool will hold D3 Vetter and roughly 1% of the VSL staking pool. It will focus on presales and private sales from the CrowdX calendar, Vsale projects and Skylabs projects. As additional pools are funded club membership will submit ideas as to what type of investments Pool B and all subsequent pools should target; then a vote will be held to decide. With the legal structure provided by the LLC, there are no investment categories out of the club’s reach. Examples of possible pool themes include:

• Short-term trade microcaps

• VC seed money to new projects from proven devs

• Swing trade blue-chip crypto

• Our own crypto category “ETF” – examples: layer 1, ISO 20022, Metaverse, web3, gaming, AI

• Engage in crypto mining and/or node validation

• Any activity in the traditional stocks, bonds or derivatives markets

• Any activity in the traditional real estate market
